• Green anise essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy to regulate female hormones and reduce menstrual cramps, also relieving the symptoms of menopause. It is also possible to add 3 drops of the oil in an odor diffuser or in a bucket of boiling water to improve coughing and coryring. Anise can also be used as a muscle relaxant and soothing, for this you must mix 2 drops of anise essential oil with a little almond oil and massage the affected region.
